Well, I'll be. My brother asked me what his Christmas gift was gonna be and I just remembered that he was home as well. But it didn't take long for me to think of a present... Hmmm.... Let's see where it is. Ah. Mulled Wine 1 bottle of dry red wine 6 cinnamon sticks 12 cloves 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder 1/8 tsp ginger powder 1 orange, sliced 1/4 cup sugar Basically you mix all the ingredients into the wine and heat gently for 15 minutes. Don't let it boil. Serve warm in mugs. I don't recommend trying this out in Malaysia or other tropical countries. >.> It can actually warm you up real good and you don't want that when it's 33 C outside. LOL.
